Alaya Johnson

Co-Director, National Youth Department

Alaya Johnson is an Admissions Coordinator for Southern Wesleyan University, and she received Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She loves relating to students and showing them the value of an education. She loves to swim, ice skate, and travel. She has a passion for working with women and children.

She attends the House of the Lord Church in Augusta where she is the Youth Leader.

Being the Youth leader allows her to strategically plan programs and events. The children in the youth department are allowed to creatively express themselves in a safe environment.

She also mentors young girls at the church from ages 13 –18, and they discuss issues such as Self-esteem, Sisterhood, Christian Values, and Healthy Living. These groups of young girls are called Daughters of the King. She is also the marketing chair for Young Professionals of Augusta, and a member of Junior League of Augusta.
