Lorna M. Gooden

A faithful member of The House of the Lord for thirty years, Lorna M. Gooden was appointed to the National Board of Trustees in 2013.

Trustee Gooden was born in London, England, and came to the United States when she was 11 years old.   It was in the small town of Teaneck, NJ where she met Dawn Daughtry, who introduced her to The House of the Lord while they were classmates in the seventh grade.

Today, she holds an M.B.A. from Ashford University, and works as an operations manager in her local hospital’s Department of Surgery.  She is also a licensed realtor.

Gooden is a founding member of the Bergen County congregation and serves as its treasurer.  She is the proud mother of four children.
