Wisdom for the Week
May 9, 2021
When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.” Matthew 8: 16-17
Faith is the doorway to your healing breakthrough. What is limiting you from receiving your healing? Is a report from your Doctor discouraging you? What generational disease is blocking you from receiving your total healing?
The Bible says, “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”
Jesus says, “The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.”
We must confess with our mouths what we want to see happen in our lives. Faith has ears and we must give the Word of God a voice.
So, if you are sick or have some type of disease you should be filling your mouth with the Word of God and tell God what you want. Praising God daily, not just when things are going well. God wants to heal you everywhere you hurt!!
Let’s not allow the lies of the enemy keep us from fulfilling God’s purpose in our lives. The enemy comes to steal , kill, and destroy. But Jesus comes that we might have life and have it more abundantly. As you believe for your healing, have faith that our Heavenly Father will see to it that the healing you desire will be.
The Bible says, “Confess your faults one to another that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
Believe that God is listening when you are talking to Him and find peace in his presence.
PRAYER: Dear Gracious and Loving Father, thank you for your healing power. Thank you for giving us the strength to endure any pain and sorrow that comes our way. When I am sick I know where to go to receive prayers of faith to release the healing and miracles. Thank you for your word that reveals truth to us. In Jesus mighty name. Amen
